Main activities & accountabilities:


  • Support sales orders entering in the system
  • Contribute to orders confirmation, monitoring and issuing of the relevant documents
  • Manage requests from the distributors: check products availability, send the requested documentation
  • Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
  • Handle the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers
  • Constant follow-up with warehouse team and suppliers to manage and monitor shipments and deliveries
  • Claims, complaints-management including the issuing of related credit notes
  • Share with the Customer Service Coordinator peculiarities of the customers in terms of order, special packaging, pricing, logistic requirements


Requirements:


  • Degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, Communication
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel
  • Propositive attitude and focus on customers
  • Adaptable and pragmatic
  • Strong attention for details and deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and teamwork
