Your role:

• You will be assigned to look after a defined customer base.
• You will increase and maintain client relationships through telephone support together with your external sales colleagues.
• You will clarify orders and complaints.
• You will use your sales talent and excellent communication skills.

Your qualifications:

• You have customer service experience, ideally in the electronics industry with a component distributor or an electronics component manufacturer.
• You are a good team player and have strong interpersonal skills.
• You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office and are fluent in English.
