The Role

As a Customer Service Associate , you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service team , where you will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring a positive and smooth experience throughout the sales and after-sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial relationships with assigned foreign customers.
  • Collaborate with company departments (production, administration, logistics, and shipping, quality control) to meet customer requests.
  • Support the Sales team in the operational management of customers.
  • Participate in the organization and management of internal and external company events.
  • Enter and monitor customer orders.
  • Manage after-sales activities: resolving issues related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties.
  • Ensure proper administrative management and maintaining commercial relationships.
  • Independent management of shipments: contacting carriers, preparing documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, non-EEC shipments), invoicing.
  • Payment reminders.
  • First-level technical support to customers in collaboration with the technical team.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar customer service or order management role.
  • Education: Master’s degree in foreign Languages, preferably with a specialization in economics or business.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and German is essential. Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Strong customer focus and results orientation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
