Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Resolve customer inquiries, questions and issues timely, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.


  • Inquiries Management: Handle customer inquiries carefully, recording them accurately in company systems and ensuring that they are assigned to the appropriate resources for prompt resolution. Follow service standards and ensure compliance with business procedures.


  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other internal departments as necessary to ensure effective and timely resolution.


  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly, courteously and professionally with customers, providing accurate information about products, services and company policies.

Key Requirements


·        Previous experience in customer care or similar role, preferably in sport B2C industry.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Customer orientation and ability to solve problems effectively under pressure, even in challenging situations.

·        Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

·        Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.

·        Knowledge of major computer tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel etc.) and ability to learn new business software quickly.

·        Knowledge of Shopify, Oracle NetSuite and Freshdesk is considered a plus.

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

·        Fluent in English and Spanish, post-intermediate level.
