MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receiving and making inbound/outbound calls.
· Liaising with key departments to support order-management processes;
· Responsibility for order management, which may include processing sales orders, validating and completing the paperwork required for issuing return authorizations (RGA) and credit or debit notes; checking credit status/pricing and verifying inventory levels; managing bid documentation and preparing samples for tender participation.
· Maintaining a mutually supportive relationship with the sales organization.
· Managing consignment replenishment orders
· Managing consignment billing (including monitoring PPO blocked orders and consignment limits)
· Managing consignment returns
· Stock monitoring & reporting - monitoring UBDs & consumption trends, ensuring stock close to expiry is dispositioned in line with policies and procedures, optimising inventory usage and reducing scrap rate (linked to Sales responsibility also)
· Supporting stock counts, stock control and stock reconciliation process, review and approve stock movements, process stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy is maintained
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma required (a business-related school background is preferred);
· At least 2–5 years of customer service or sales experience required. Call center and order-entry experience is preferred.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B1);
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to sell over the phone is preferred;
· Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel;
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills required;
· Ability to accurately manage complex, multi-task processes in a fast-paced environment is required;
· Knowledge of medical manufacturing and/or distribution is preferred;
· SAP knowledge is preferred
