Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent , you will support Slovenian-speaking customers across multiple communication channels, delivering professional service and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and clear information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow internal policies, procedures, and quality standards
Working Schedule
Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00
Rotational shifts within these hours
Salary and Benefits
Gross monthly salary: €1,900

Requirements
Slovenian: fluent/native
