Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Customer & Order management coordinator to join KIKO MILANO’s Operations Team, reporting to the Replenishment & Allocation Manager.


Such talent will focus on all the activities required to manage and fulfil the orders received from different partners: Franchisee, Wholesalers & Marketplaces , building and maintaining a strong and reliable relationships with them. This plays a key role in our KIKO cross-functional context.


In particular, you will:


  • Manage the order process flow, starting from the order collection to the availability for shipment for Franchisee, Wholesaler & Marketplace customers portfolio, while meeting internal and external SLAs and KPIs (order entering, order fulfilment ratio, seamless execution process, etc.)
  • Coordinate and collaborate with all the process stakeholders (Customers, Logistic, Key account for Franchisee, Key account for wholesalers and Marketplace, Finance, …) to ensure a smooth and effective process execution and development;
  • Be the main point of reference, internally and externally, for all the operational tasks;
  • Reply to inquiries from internal and external customers on products (stock availability, expected delivery date, order status, etc.)
  • Work closely with customers taking the full ownership of the relationship with them having a proactive approach in the day by day activities;
  • Keep track and manage all issues related to customers, order- and delivery / availability process;
  • Create and share reports and information related to the Order Management;
  • Support the implementation of operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Proactively identify issues and propose innovate solutions.



What you will need to succeed

  • Master's Degree in Engineer or Economics;
  • 2/3 years’ experience in similar leader role of customer & order management in multinational Retail, Franchising and Wholesale environment;
  • SAP user ;
  • Experience in managing multifunctional activities in operations and commercial context;
  • Direct previous experience in customer service & order management in Franchising and Wholesale;
  • Analytical and Commercial attitude and ability to work in multifunctional international environment;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory;
  • Ability to understand customer needs and to propose effective answers.
