CSC DIGITAL is looking for 1 Customer Operations Supervisor Automotive Sector – Vimodrone (Milan)
Qualifications
- Proven and solid experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate teams towards the achievement of given results
- Excellent coordination, organizational and planning skills
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and capability to understand customer needs
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (C1)
- Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the assigned budget, ensuring the achievement of defined economic objectives
- Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and deliver solutions increasingly focused on customer satisfaction
- Carries out coaching activities for team members
- Ensures the correct implementation and continuous improvement of Customer Care processes
