mYngle (founded in 2007) is a global provider of 1-to-1 online language training for large international companies. Headquartered in Amsterdam, we support 650+ corporate clients across Western Europe , helping organizations deliver language learning at scale through innovative, distance-based solutions.

As we continue our rapid international expansion, we’re looking for a Customer Experience professional to join our team.


What you’ll do

  • Support new client onboarding projects and ensure a smooth start
  • Engage with corporate clients via phone, email, and live chat
  • Drive retention and customer loyalty through proactive relationship management
  • Oversee day-to-day customer communications and follow-ups
  • Monitor and support strategies that maximize customer lifetime value
  • Escalate issues to the right internal teams and capture learnings to prevent recurrence


What we’re looking for

  • Strong customer mindset: you ask great questions, listen carefully, and solve problems fast
  • Confident, clear communicator who builds trust and collaboration
  • Comfortable with tech tools; able to explain workflows to others
  • Experience (or strong interest) in acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Degree in education, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Additional languages (a plus): German, French, Spanish
