The Role
Reporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You will act as a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value rather than just a manager.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Upsell Leader, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists , ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approach
- Defining the upsell strategy across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing churn
- Promoting a consultative sales model , helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business
- Analyzing portfolio data , identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materials
- Monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs , ensuring accurate forecasting
We are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in sales/customer expansion roles (upselling, inside sales, account management)
- Ability to lead teams and improve performance through coaching, processes, and analysis
- Experience in SaaS, digital, or tech environments
- Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, metrics, and CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Professional knowledge of English
Nice to Have
- 1–2 years of experience managing goal‑oriented teams focused on business objectives
- Experience selling marketing products (e.g., Google Ads)
- Interest in the healthcare sector
