Customer Engineer Ac Power

In this role you support the Thermal maintenance team in Milan, enabling safe and efficient operation of chiller systems and related plant infrastructure. You assist technicians with routine tasks, manage tools and materials, and help with site preparation and basic cleaning. You will contribute to safe work practices, inventory monitoring, and on-site coordination, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service. This is a hands-on position that offers growth within a global leader in critical infrastructure. Assist with scheduled and reactive maintenance of chillers and related equipment Handle tools, materials, and components as directed by service technicians Support technicians during tasks such as filter changes and coil cleaning Perform basic cleaning and tidying of mechanical plant Conduct manual handling and transport of parts and tools Ensure safe access to equipment by setting up barriers and signage Monitor inventory and report shortages Follow health, safety and environmental procedures and report hazards Experience in a technical service or test environment for air conditioning equipment Previous field service experience Excellent customer service and strong communication skills Self-starter with planning, organization and time management abilities Valid driving license unknown other requirements Strong communication Organizational skills Technical service experience with air conditioning equipment Field service experience Proficiency with standard office software Customer Engineer AC Power pavia, lombardia, it
