As a Customer Care Intern for the Direct Consumer for the UK market , you will be part of the Customer Care Center in our HQ in Castelfranco Veneto for a six-months internship, to handle written end-consumer inquiries at the various contact points .


Key Responsibilities

The resource assigned to the role will be supporting the team in:

  • Pre-sales customer support via email and live chat to guide the user in choosing the most suitable product and make the buying experience more effective;
  • Post-sales customer support via e-mail and live chat to check any issue related to the order (contacting warehouse and couriers if necessary) or to the product;
  • Management of B2C contacts in the various marketplace platforms, in compliance with KPIs;
  • Support in the processing of product returns and replacements;
  • Support in the collection of complaints and claims;
  • Support in the management of reported problems and share them with the various company departments


Skills & qualifications

  • Advanced working proficiency of English is required, both spoken and written
  • Professional proficiency in German/French and Italian is considered a plus
  • Time management skills
  • Good use of PC . SAP/SALESFORCE knowledge is a plus
  • Strong speaking and communication skills
  • Ability to listen and empathize
  • Problem-solving skills
