We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team, and we're looking for a

Customer Care Intern

to join the Customer Care team within our Quality & Procurement department, at Nuvola HQ in Turin.

Responsibilities

Maintain the database and support management of certificate requests

Daily check of food and machine complaints submitted by Group companies

Support the launch phase and full use of customer care tools, such as video support and the digital platform for managing social media and online markets

Interact with the sales and commercial network to obtain necessary information related to claims

Support drafting customer care workflows, manuals, and conducting related training

Support drafting and translating product and machine Q&A

Support preparing the monthly Customer Care dashboard

Availability for a six-month full-time internship starting:

September 2026

Qualifications

Degree in Economics/Management Engineering

Advanced knowledge of the Office package (Excel and PowerPoint)

Fluent knowledge of English

Reliability, proactivity, and a strong ability to work in a team
