Metz Electronics Srl , the italian branch of Metz Consumer Electronics GmbH, subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for a:


Customer Care Intern


based in Milan, to reinforce our photovoltaic business Unit.


The intern will support the Sales and Engineer team in customer care activities. The role mainly involves handling issues and acting as a first point of contact, redirecting clients and inquiries to the appropriate technical team.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect customers’ needs and complains by phone and email, forward them to relevant technical specialists.
  • Provide basic support to customers’ requests (sales & tech info)
  • Providing administrative and organizational support to the team on invoicing process, logistics support, documents and reports.


Key skills:

  • Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge or interest of photovoltaic/renewable energy sector is appreciated.
  • Previous short experience in customer care position is a plus.

  • Expense allowance: 800 Euro/month + ticket restaurant (8,00 Euro/day)
