As a Customer Care Specialist in our Indirect Sales team you will ensure the success of our partners and their customers by managing relationships, supporting adoption, and driving customer satisfaction. This role is primarily administrative, focusing on efficiently managing a large portfolio of partners and their customers (representing +/- 500 subscriptions), balancing automation with personalized actions, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the customer life cycle. Responsibilities Portfolio Management: manage a portfolio of approximately 500 customers, balancing automation (low touch) and manual actions (high touch) to ensure smooth operations and efficient support. Customer Guidance: serve as the point of contact for partners and their customers, providing administrative assistance and guidance to help them benefit from a seamless Odoo experience. Sales Support: identify opportunities for growth and development within your portfolio, supporting the Sales team with actionable insights. Proactive Problem Solving: work closely with internal teams to address administrative challenges and ensure customers receive the support they need to thrive. Requirements Undergraduate students or fresh graduates with a maximum of six months experience Knowledge of Italian (C2) and English (C1) Good organizational and administrative skills to manage a large and diverse portfolio Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners Interest in the tech world and eagerness to learn about Odoo's suite of applications We offer a permanent contract, even if you are a junior figure or a fresh graduated.
