LHH Lifescience is looking for a Customer Care Field Manager (South Italy), preferably located in Naples or Bari. The role provides excellent support to our customers and involves driving a team of engineering people to deliver “white glove” support. The Manager will focus on supporting organizational growth by creating base business retention through field support.

As part of the Customer Care Management team, you will report to the Senior Manager of Service Operations. Your responsibilities include working closely with the Sales team to arrange tailor‑made plans to improve customer satisfaction, improving the technical and soft skills of your team to ensure best‑in‑class support, and supporting the Customer Care Vision and Mission to add value to customers and improve laboratory performance.

Responsabilità

• Build up the best‑class support in your area from both technical and application perspectives.
• Work with Sales in supporting the base business retention.
• Provide the right support to customers according to the contract specifications and priorities.
• Arrange internal training for engineers.
• Support field operations from the administrative standpoint (installation, daily routine, and deinstallation).

Competenze

• Degree in Technical engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams.
• Leadership attitude, able to drive people and create a culture of strategy execution.
• Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on problem solving.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs. Available to travel 50% of the time.
• Hold a current valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent English.
