We’re Hiring: Cuoco / Chef – Conti di San Bonifacio Wine Resort (Maremma, Tuscany)


At Conti di San Bonifacio Wine Resort , we are looking for a talented and passionate Cuoco / Chef to join our boutique hospitality team in the heart of the Maremma countryside.

Your Mission


You’ll lead daily kitchen operations of our fine dining restaurant and banqueting service, ensuring culinary excellence and impeccable standards in every dish.



Key Responsibilities


  • Manage all kitchen operations in compliance with Food & Beverage standards and safety regulations.
  • Source and build relationships with local producers to promote a 0 km food policy .
  • Design, plan, and prepare seasonal menus in collaboration with the management team.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and cost targets.
  • Supervise and inspire the kitchen team with professionalism and passion.
  • Interact with guests, offering cooking classes and showcasing authentic Tuscan cuisine.
  • Support the planning and execution of private events and banquets.



What We’re Looking For


  • Experience in fine dining or boutique hospitality kitchens.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Passion for sustainability, local products, and Italian cuisine.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences through food.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
