Job Goals & Characteristics

Bhave has launched a strategic repositioning initiative to reposition th Company Value Chain. A key component of this initiative will be the development of a market leading behavioural intelligence Platform. In addition, the number of intersecting projects ongoing in parallel within the Company and the matrix with Company professionals involved into delivering those projects, is quite complex and needs to be monitored and readjusted on a constant basis. The selected Manager (CTO/COO) will than have two different areas of responsibilities. The first will be to co-ideate, build and maintain Bhave Platform. This will cover the end to end process, from data strategy, to data acquisition and correlation, up to service delivery preparation and Agentic AI interactive and conversational delivery of the services. On the other side He/She will have to supervise the best allocation of delivery resources across Company projects, ensuring the quality of the services and maximizing Bhave marginality. Given the flat nature of Bhave organizational model the selected Manager won’t rely on hierarchical levers to accomplish his missions, rather on personal credibility and natural leadership. Given the strategic nature of this role, he/she will be considered by the founding team as an “added co-founder” of the Company, will be linked to Company long term success and aligned to other founders interests through a set of proper incentives.

·       Manage the matrix of task assignments by delivery resources across entire Company project portfolio
