A leading company in the cosmetics industry is looking for a motivated and purpose-driven CSR Intern to join the Group Learning & Development team.
In this role, you will support the implementation of the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and contribute to projects that promote sustainability, inclusion, and social impact across our global organization.
The intern will play an active role in driving the initiatives within the CSR calendar and supporting programs that foster employee engagement, responsible sourcing, and learning culture across the Group.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of CSR initiatives at Group level, in line with the annual CSR calendar
- Contribute to the organization of awareness and training activities on sustainability and social responsibility topics
- Assist in the development and rollout of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs
- Help coordinate employee volunteering initiatives across different regions and teams
- Support the coordination and follow-up of social audits with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Assist in the management of solidarity sourcing programs
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on selected training and development initiatives
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials related to CSR and learning programs
- Support cross-functional collaboration with different departments at Group level
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, HR or related fields
- Strong interest in CSR, sustainability and social impact initiatives
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in an international environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
