An opportunity to work on critical data centre infrastructure , join a contractor with a strong long-term European pipeline , and secure a role with clear progression and competitive pay . I’m currently supporting a leading European data centre delivery specialist who is expanding their on-site team on a major data centre project in Milan and is looking to appoint two CSA Supervisors .
This position is ideal for experienced CSA professionals who want to be deeply involved in site delivery — owning the coordination of works, driving safety and quality standards, and playing a key role in the successful delivery of a technically complex project.
The role will involve:
- Managing CSA works from early civils through to fit-out and external envelope
- Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing daily site operations
- Leading site safety and quality assurance activities
- Reviewing drawings, resolving buildability issues, and managing snagging
- Supporting programme delivery, change management, and project close-out
They’re keen to speak with candidates who bring:
- A relevant trade background or construction qualification
- Proven experience supervising teams and subcontractors
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
