Our client, a high‑performing engineering and construction partner, is delivering some of Europe's most advanced industrial and manufacturing facilities. They are seeking a CSA Design Manager for their team in Milan .
This CSA Design Manager role involves leading civil, structural and architectural design coordination to ensure high‑quality, integrated project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage all CSA design deliverables and project milestones.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Support BIM processes and review technical drawings.
- Conduct on‑site quality checks and manage design changes.
- Produce clear, consistent design status reports.
About You
- Degree in architecture, civil/structural engineering, MEP or related field.
- Strong knowledge of materials, building physics and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in BIM, CAD and digital collaboration tools.
- Effective communicator with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.
