About the Role
GipperPay is seeking a Crypto Wallet & Trading Operations Specialist to support daily crypto trading activities and manage digital asset movements across exchanges and blockchain networks.
This role requires hands-on experience with cryptocurrency wallets and active understanding of crypto trading environments. You will be responsible for coordinating asset transfers, supporting trade execution, and maintaining operational accuracy across platforms.
We are looking for candidates who actively use crypto wallets and understand how trading capital flows between exchanges and on-chain environments.
- Manage cryptocurrency wallets (hot and cold storage)
- Execute and monitor crypto transfers between exchanges and wallets
- Support spot and derivatives trading operations
- Monitor blockchain confirmations and network fees
- Reconcile wallet balances with exchange accounts
- Ensure accurate tracking of digital asset movements
- Assist in capital allocation for trading strategies
- Identify and resolve operational discrepancies
- Practical experience using cryptocurrency wallets
- Understanding of crypto trading (spot and/or futures markets)
- Experience interacting with centralized exchanges and/or DeFi platforms
- Knowledge of blockchain transaction mechanics and confirmations
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Ability to operate in time-sensitive trading environments
Experience with arbitrage, funding rate trading, or portfolio rebalancing is a strong advantage.
- Base salary starting from $130,000+ annually
