A leading hospitality consultancy is looking for a Receptionist - Guest Services Officer for a cruise ship, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or cruise operation and strong cash handling skills. Fluency in English and additional languages is preferred.
