Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot properties lists workflows and teams.
  • Build and automate email and nurturing campaigns aligned with global marketing initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of the Sales CRM and ensure alignment with marketing automation processes.
  • Track and report on lead generation nurturing and conversion performance through dashboards and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Sales and IT to improve the integration of HubSpot with other platforms (Odoo GA4 Meta etc.).

Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Automation ideally in B2B or industrial environments.
  • Strong command of HubSpot (Marketing Hub Sales Hub and Reporting).
  • HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
