CRM Operations Specialist

MBE is looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to join the Marketing team in Milan.
The role is mainly going to support the CRM Manager in analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing lead generation and telemarketing processes , consolidating data present within the CRM with suppliers’ data, and producing structured reports for the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provides support in the organization and management of telemarketing campaigns, involving the MBE centers and coordinating activities and deadlines with both suppliers and the salesforce.
- Promotes effective CRM adoption and usage across MBE Italian Centers (BSC).
- Produces internal reports based on both CRM and on external suppliers’ data, monitoring lead generation’s KPIs through weekly analytical reports, granting accurate and coherent data presentation.
- Provides timely updates to the sales team on lead status, campaign results, and on operational KPIs, and suggests corrective actions if needed.
- Contributes to the control and the implementation of internal dashboards, measuring marketing activities on the CRM and on other corporate reporting systems.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Statistics.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a B2B environment in Marketing, CRM or Operations roles.
- Highly knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite, with a high operating knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems – Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Strong problem solving and resolution skills.
- Fluent in Italian and good working knowledge of English.
- Ability to effectively balance multiple and concurrent tasks.
