CRM Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand. The candidate will join the Global Customer Relationship Management Team in Milan. As a CRM Intern at Golden Goose, you will be key in executing personalized marketing campaigns through email and other marketing automation tools. You will gain hands-on experience in customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and optimization while contributing to our overall customer engagement strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including drafting, testing, and scheduling emails, push app notifications, SMS, and MMS campaigns.
  • Support the team in maintaining and managing marketing automation workflows to ensure timely and relevant communications.
  • Help segment the customer database for targeted email campaigns based on behavior, demographics, and purchasing patterns.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, generating reports to track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure email templates and messaging align with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, content, and delivery timing.
  • Stay updated and conduct research into email marketing best practices, industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and legal regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Key Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in digital marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Basic understanding of CRM and email marketing platforms (experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar is a plus).
  • Familiarity with email marketing performance metrics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates) and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template building (a plus, but not required).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Xd (a plus, but not required).
  • Fluency in English.
