Role Overview:


We require a CRM & Digital Manager to provide us with the launchpad to successfully reach customers and launch the Geely brand across the Italian market. We are looking for an individual with automotive experience who will be crucial in supporting digital marketing initiatives, driving performance through KPI optimisation, and ensuring seamless integration of IT and CRM solutions.


The CRM & Digital Manager will also play a key role in dealer network collaboration, ensuring brand consistency at the importer level.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and CRM strategies tailored to the specific needs of the assigned automotive brands.
  • Support for Digital Marketing Initiatives: Lead and optimise online advertising campaigns, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, and e-commerce activities.
  • KPI Analysis and Optimisation: Monitor key digital performance indicators, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital performance.
  • IT and CRM Solutions Support: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and optimise CRM systems, ensuring a seamless customer journey and data-driven personalisation strategies.
  • Dealer Network Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network, providing digital support and implementing corporate standards.
  • Personalized Marketing Communication: Develop and execute personalised content strategies based on CRM data and digital analytics.


Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Strong of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or a related field, focusing on digital marketing and CRM.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record working with automotive brands (experience with sports or premium brands is a plus).
  • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and their integration with digital tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of IT technologies supporting digital marketing.
  • Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
