KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Manages the WW Contact Strategy Calendar
  • Executes Company’s Contact Strategy across relevant channels
  • Owns and manages the email marketing calendar (NL), in collaboration with the eCommerce team, ensuring alignment with stock availability and commercial priorities
  • Creates and adapts email content (copywriting) and manages campaign setup and deployment
  • Collaborates with Retail team to enhance clienteling strategies, driving customer retention and loyalty
  • Continuously maps the customer journey, analyzing touchpoints and identifying opportunities to maximize commercial performance
  • Ensures CRM strategy is effectively implemented across the organization, capturing key data throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Conducts periodic and ad hoc analyses, including quantitative breakdowns
  • Performs big data analysis and validates statistical outputs
  • Oversees database segmentation to support targeted marketing initiatives across regions and store clusters
  • Monitors and optimizes customer lifetime value (CLV) to drive profitability while enhancing the in-store experience
  • Supports in-store training on CRM tools to maximize performance
  • Shares CRM results, KPIs, and performance insights with retail team


KEY REQUIREMENTS:


  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization with a strong knowledge of retail processes
  • Extensive experience in direct and digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies, mainly in retail industry
  • Hands-on experience in campaign creation, copywriting and email deployment
  • Previous significant experience in a similar role
  • Great analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM flows, analytics and dashboards
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud (must have)
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (nice to have)
  • Sees Retail as a major business partner
  • Excels working cross-department
  • Fluent in English
