Artemest is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is designed for a junior-mid level professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer engagement in the luxury sector.

The CRM Analyst will be responsible for the execution and optimization of CRM and trade marketing initiatives. The position combines hands-on operational tasks (campaigns, dashboards, trade applications) with analytical and strategic contributions (reporting, customer journey optimization), playing a key role in strengthening Artemest’s relationship with its global community of clients and partners.

What will be your key responsibilities?

CRM Operations and Campaigns

  • Set up, schedule, monitor, and report on targeted Salesforce campaigns
  • Coordinate the trade applications approval process and related automations
  • Manage customer journeys and automation, ensuring personalization by segment and lifecycle stage (e.g., welcome, re-engagement, win-back)
  • Support the delivery of the CRM testing roadmap by executing structured A/B and multivariate tests across email and lifecycle campaigns

Analysis & Optimization

  • Produce weekly dashboards & KPI reports to monitor trade and consumer flows
  • Analyze campaign performance and propose optimization strategies (e.g., upsell, cross-sell, AOV growth)
  • Contribute to building rich customer profiles in Salesforce to empower Account Managers with actionable insights

Trade Marketing & Events Support

  • Prepare and update guest lists, invitations, and RSVP tracking for all Artemest events
  • Support gifting projects for key calendar occasions (Christmas, Eid, anniversaries, first-purchase milestone)
  • Support partnership and special projects from a CRM stand point, ensuring smooth execution

Cross-team collaboration

  • Assist in Salesforce training and onboarding for sales representatives
  • Prepare bi-weekly Trade Marketing meetings with markets, sharing updates on special projects and editorial initiatives
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure CRM strategies are consistently applied across markets
  • Leverage knowledge of platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Optimizely) to execute campaigns effectively, even without deep technical support
  • Identify areas for operational efficiency and streamline CRM execution processes
