critical operations technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems, following established procedures (SOPs, SMPs, and MOPs)
• Monitor critical systems (BMS, EPMS, SCADA) and respond promptly to alarms to ensure continuity of essential services
• Conduct inspections and checks on loads, temperatures, pressures, and alarm history to identify early signs of potential issues
• Respond to emergency situations and support switching, isolation, and reinstatement activities, following authorized procedures
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities by external vendors, ensuring proper documentation, safety, and quality of work
• Update operational logs and management tools (OMS), ensuring accurate records of faults, maintenance, and ticket closure
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures by providing feedback and suggestions based on field experience

What We Are Looking For

• Solid knowledge of critical infrastructure maintenance, with experience in at least one of the main areas (mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration)
• Familiarity with mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, generators, LV/MV distribution, cooling systems, monitoring, and controls)
• Understanding of redundancy concepts and best operational practices to maintain resilience during interventions or faults
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and project documentation.
• Capability to safely troubleshoot complex systems
• Strong teamwork skills, customer-oriented mindset, and curiosity
• Good command of English is preferred
• Availability to work 24×7 shifts
