**About the role:** and responsibilities will be adapted as -Supervise, train and motivate Credit Department employees to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities.-Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.-College degree preferred, especially in Finance/Accounting, Hospitality & Resort Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. -2-5 years' experience previous experience in the Finance Department of a Resort. Preferably a luxury resort.-Strong and effective communication skills. -Ability to multitask and solve problems independently. -Ability to read, write, and speak English. -Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and corporate policies and procedures.-Excellent computer skills, especially Excel. -Strategic and analytical skills, and solid business acumen.
