- Identify and onboard new creator/content talents, incubate and provide developmental strategies, educational support, and resources to achieve success on TikTok commerce.
- Develop playbook that blends Creator Monetization with partner growth, considering brand deals, sponsored content, affiliate content, and incubating talent that aligns with Category Strategy.
- Identify Affiliate Program strategy based on business needs and drive quality creator/content supply and GMV growth at scale via Affiliate services/platform.
- Align with cross‑function teams to improve the creator experience on TikTok and create opportunities for creators to grow, including online/offline campaigns, brand opportunities, product launches, etc.
- Navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to frequent changes, and influence key stakeholders.
- Decompose complex problems, devise new approaches, and create scalable solutions.
- Formulate short‑term and long‑term development strategy to grow commerce creator scale and sales within the market.
- Build and improve internal processes to support partner and creator growth across all categories.
- Deliver creator performance reports and insights by analyzing audience conversion metrics of creator commerce content.
- Increase creator business awareness by building and amplifying successful case studies.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive creator‑partner partnerships supporting creator revenue.
- Attend partner meetings to improve partner awareness of the creator network and support adoption of creator sales.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in content‑based platforms; experience in commerce is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong in both verbal and written communication, flexible in an organizational environment.
- Excellent logical analysis ability and data sensitivity.
- Experience in managing diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a diverse range of people and job functions.
