Creative Strategist

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist for one of our DTC brands.

We’re looking for a performance-driven Creative Strategist to work on paid social creatives for the US/UK market .

This is a remote contractor role with a 2-month paid trial period and the possibility to continue long term based on performance and fit.

We move fast, test a lot, and care deeply about performance, creative quality, customer psychology, and execution .

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the team long term , take ownership, and help scale the brand in a serious, stable, and continuous way.

What you’ll do

You’ll research the market, study customers and competitors, analyze winning ads, develop creative angles, write briefs/scripts, coordinate with editors/designers, review performance data, and help us create creatives that profitably scale .

Who we’re looking for

• Strong experience in DTC, eCommerce, paid social, or creative strategy
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proven ability to create or strategize for US and/or UK markets
• Strong understanding of direct response, hooks, angles, offers, and customer psychology
• Experience developing creative strategy for Meta, YouTube, Axon/AppLovin, and TikTok ads
• Ability to turn performance data into new creative directions
• Fast execution, ownership, and strong attention to performance
• Interest in a long-term collaboration

Compensation

• $5,000/month fixed retainer
• + 5% of the monthly net profit of the brand managed
• 2-month paid trial period
• Compensation can scale significantly based on brand performance
• After the trial, collaboration terms can be reviewed based on results

We’re not looking for someone who only wants to make “nice ads”.

We’re looking for someone who understands the market, finds strong angles, builds clear briefs, reads data, tests fast, and helps create creatives that profitably scale .
