Z2A Digital is a forward-thinking digital marketing agency specialising in mobile and app performance. We are looking for a Creative strategist to support our growth into a comprehensive media strategy partner for our clients. 


About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Creative Strategist to lead content strategy and creative production for paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat .

You will be responsible for developing high-performing acquisition and awareness creatives, collaborating closely with the paid media team to translate data into scalable strategies that drive measurable growth.

We are looking for someone passionate about performance-driven storytelling, UGC ecosystems, AI-powered creative workflows, and scaling winning concepts.


Responsibilities: 


Paid social Creative strategy

  • Own the creative strategy for acquisition and awareness campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
  • Develop performance-driven content frameworks aligned with core KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Hook Rate, etc.).
  • Translate campaign performance data into actionable creative insights and iteration plans.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to identify testing opportunities and scale winning concepts.


 Briefing & Concept Development 

  • Build clear, insight-driven creative briefs for internal teams and external creators.
  • Lead concept ideation based on data, audience, campaign goals and platform trends.
  • Ensure alignment between brand positioning, performance goals, and key messaging.
  • Develop content angles for different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion).


Data & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze creative performance data to identify patterns and winning elements.
  • Establish structured testing roadmaps (hooks, angles, formats, UGC variations).
  • Define and lead the end-to-end creative testing strategy 
  • Continuously optimize messaging, visual formats, and storytelling approaches based on insights.
  • Report on creative performance and propose scaling strategies.


UGC and Creator management

  • Lead UGC strategy across platforms.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage creators and UGC collaborators.
  • Handle communication, briefing, feedback loops, and content approvals.
  • Plus: Experience with AI-generated UGC creation using tools such as Arcads AI (or similar platforms) to scale performance-driven video production efficiently.


AI & Creative Production Tools

  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content production and testing velocity.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as: AdCreative.ai, Smartly, Creatify, Canva, Runway, NanoBanana, Veo3 or similar platforms for static and video asset creation.
  • Optimize workflows to produce high-quality statics and video assets efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of emerging creative AI trends and integrate them into production pipelines.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the growth and paid social marketing team to align creative, testing and optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders for briefing creation, feedback management and reporting.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy for paid social.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns through creative testing.
  • Deep knowledge of UGC formats and platform-native storytelling.
  • Experience managing creators and UGC production workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting performance metrics and turning insights into action.
  • Hands on experience with AI creative tools and automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients and testing pipelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills.
