JOB DESCRIPTION — CREATIVE INTERN Reports To: Creative Coordinator Functional Oversight: Watch Designer Location: Milan Contract Type: Internship 1. Role Overview The Creative Intern supports the organization and execution of creative work across campaigns, e-commerce, social, and paid media. The role focuses on asset organization, task tracking, and basic design support, ensuring work is clear, consistent, and delivered on time. The position provides exposure to how product and design are translated into multi-channel digital outputs. 2. Mission Support the Creative team by keeping assets, files, and workflows organized, and by assisting in the production of simple visual materials across digital channels. 3. Core Responsibilities Asset Organization & Tracking Maintain clear file structures across campaigns and drops Apply naming conventions and version control Update asset trackers (formats, deadlines, ownership) Track deliverables across teams Project Support Support preparation and distribution of creative briefs Assist with campaign and collaboration documentation Keep internal trackers and presentations updated Basic Digital Design Support Create and adapt simple assets for website, social, paid media, and email Support basic layout updates and visual formatting Assist with simple UI-related tasks (e.g., banners, page elements) Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency Visual Research & Product Support Conduct basic visual research related to products, materials, and references Support preparation of visual inputs for creative work AI & Tool Support Use basic AI tools for image research, simple edits, or variations Support small tasks that improve speed and organization of work 4. Key Deliverables / Tools Organized file structures and asset folders Updated trackers and delivery lists Basic digital assets (resized, formatted, adapted) Clean and structured working files Tools: Adobe Creative Suite · Figma (basic use) · Google Drive · Excel / Sheets · Basic AI tools 5. Skills Profile: Technical Skills Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Basic familiarity with Figma Comfortable with spreadsheets and shared drives Able to handle simple digital design tasks (resizing, layouts, formatting) Basic familiarity or curiosity for AI tools Exposure to tools like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar is a plus Soft Skills: Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and structured Able to manage multiple tasks Willing to learn and support the team 8. Ideal Background Student or recent graduate in design, communication, or similar fields. Fluent in English and Italian. Interest in products, design, and digital content is a plus.
