We are seeking a highly creative, design-driven individual to lead interior design, buying and sourcing across our brand universe.
This role sits at the intersection of interiors, product, objects and atmosphere — shaping spaces and details with a strong sense of place, materiality and craftsmanship. You will be deeply involved from concept to execution, working closely with founders and key teams to bring environments and products to life.
You will play a central role in designing and curating interiors while sourcing furniture, lighting, materials, finishes and objects that reflect our aesthetic, values and standards.
Your work will span:
• Interior design and spatial concepts
• Furniture, lighting and object sourcing
• Custom design and special commissions
• Buying, pricing and supplier management
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop interior concepts, mood boards and material palettes
• Design or co-design furniture, lighting, textiles and bespoke elements
• Source antiques, contemporary pieces and custom-made items
• Identify and manage artisans, workshops and manufacturers
• Lead buying processes: budgets, pricing, margins and negotiations
• Oversee sampling, prototyping and custom production
• Ensure quality, consistency and delivery timelines
• Maintain strong relationships with craftspeople and suppliers across Europe and beyond
• Ensure interiors and objects align with brand identity, sustainability values and craftsmanship ethos
Who You Are:
• Strong interior design sensibility with an exceptional eye for detail
• Deep understanding of materials, finishes, proportion and atmosphere
• Experience in interiors, hospitality, luxury retail or residential design
• Confident sourcing globally and negotiating with suppliers
• Commercially aware with an understanding of budgets and margins
• Organised, self-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Inspired by craftsmanship, heritage and contemporary design
