Make It Perfect is a creative events agency specializing in luxury and fashion, producing high-end experiences that range from boutique activations to immersive installations for leading international brands.
We are looking for a Creative Content Coordinator to join our creative department.
This person will work closely with the Creative Director in developing concepts and producing visual presentations for in-store and boutique event projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on research, ideation, and concept development for brand experiences and events.
- Design and structure high-impact Keynote presentations , visually aligned with luxury brand aesthetics and storytelling.
- Develop moodboards, narratives, and written content to support creative proposals.
- Manage client communication during revision phases, coordinating reworks with precision and sensitivity.
- Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure consistency between creative vision and project execution.
- Coordinate and oversee creative resource supporting research and content development.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously , maintaining timing, accuracy, and creative quality.
- Creative Project Supervision:
- Update creative presentations according to project progress.
- Ensure alignment between departments (Creative and PM) with the HOC’s directives.
- Confirm adherence to creative guidelines throughout all project phases.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent command of Keynote and proficiency with presentation and visual design tools.
- Strong creative sense and aesthetic awareness , with knowledge of luxury event dynamics .
- Ability to conduct visual and conceptual research , synthesize information, and craft compelling written narratives in both Italian and English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills , with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a creative agency or in a luxury brand.
Main Objective:
- Provide daily support to the Head of Creative, ensuring smooth workflow management and high quality delivery of creative projects in line with the established guidelines.
