We’re hiring: Creative Sales Assistant | Forte dei Marmi
We are looking for a Creative Sales Assistant to join a dynamic retail environment where creativity, craftsmanship, and customer experience come together.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with clients , has a creative flair , and enjoys transforming products into personalized, one-of-a-kind pieces through co-creation. You will guide clients through an engaging in-store experience, combining storytelling, artistic skills, and sales expertise to build meaningful, long-term relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer focus and sales mindset
- Artistic skills (hand drawing, painting, basic embroidery or sewing are a plus)
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Empathy, communication skills, and team spirit
- Flexibility and passion for a creative retail environment
The position is Full-time only.
