Minimum Requirements

• Valid ATPL or CPL (EASA or ICAO)

• Valid Class 1 Medical

• Valid E190 Type Rating

• ICAO English Level 4 or higher

• Strong operational discipline and professional mindset

Senior First Officers with unrestricted ATPL and solid experience on type may enter a structured Command Upgrade Program based on operational needs and performance.
