What you’ll achieve

As a CPQ Application Developer , you will support the design, development, and implementation of the new platform and organically grow the support organization.

You will be responsible for configuring Catalogue, Pricing, Promotions on the CPQ platform in close collaboration with the Global/Regional Teams. The CPQ platform in use is PROS, strongly integrated with D365 CRM.

Working with an extended international and highly skilled team, you will be based in Italy .

You will:

• Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the CPQ platform and D365 CRM
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions together with functional and technical experts
• Create, maintain, and enhance future connections between the CPQ platform and other systems
• Display expertise in CPQ functionality and features
• Complete and manage backend configurations in the CPQ platform
• Support testing, configuration, change, and release management
• Provide technical support for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions on the CPQ platform

• Experience configuring solutions on large-scale pricing, CRM (MS Dynamics), CPQ, or ERP implementations
• Scripting language/algorithm experience
• Any programming language (e.g., Java, C++/C#, Python, APEX)
• SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with D365 CRM integrations is a plus
• Experience managing customer requirements
• Proficiency in English; role is based in Italy
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field
• Exposure to distributed 3-tier architecture, ideally J2EE
• Exposure to web services/interfaces (REST/SOAP)
• Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 CRM experience is a plus
• Strong client interfacing skills: positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
