Course Leader – Fashion Marketing Management

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional, ready to start as a consultant (VAT registered), who will lead the course development, coordinate lecturers, and ensure the highest levels of student satisfaction and academic quality.

The successful candidate will join the Rome team and will carry out the following activities:

  • Ensures analysis of the reference industry context, for the purpose of assessing projects for new courses;
  • Submit course proposals to the Head of education as well as changes to update the current courses;
  • Supervise activities for elaborating the programs of the courses, ensuring the alignment of lecturer activities and collaborating with the Academic Services in order to finalize the course schedules;
  • Ensure the production and review of handbook; approve the didactic programs.
  • Oversee the quality of the assigned course, based on Academic Service surveys;
  • Provide support in cross-disciplinary integration activities;
  • Hold meetings to offer guidance and support to lecturers and students;
  • Ensure budget management and preparation of purchase requests to be submitted for approval of the Head of education (materials, visiting Professors, rentals, professional services, etc.).
  • In collaboration with the Head of education (and Area Leaders or School Director when needed) select faculty
  • He/she will creare and/or supervise the educational content;
  • Ensure support for achieving the expected results for each single course;
  • Ensure support to Head of education for managing the recruiting of new teachers and monitoring the performance levels of current faculty members;
  • Offer mentoring activities to the professors (to guarantee contents and teaching methods alignment);
  • Offer front end and support for students, concerning all academic matters.
  • Promote and facilitates the progression of talented and suitable graduated students to courses.
  • Participate in promotional events (Open days, Salone dello studente…) in order to support Enrolment and Communication activities, offer support to Industry Relations and Career Service for promoting sponsorships, internships and projects.
  • Deliver all scheduled teaching activities: lectures, exams, admission exams, thesis supervision, consulting hours for students, course projects (project leadership), and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant academic degree in Fashion, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Possess significant professional experience in fashion marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in an international context.
  • Demonstrate previous experience in academic or training environments, with ability to coordinate courses and mentor lecturers.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to plan, implement, and oversee course activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and external partners.
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently as a consultant (VAT registered).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in fashion marketing and management.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational aspects of course delivery.
  • Commitment to high-quality teaching and student satisfaction

Work location: Rome

Compensation: to be defined (according to experience and number of weekly hours)

Contract: consultant (VAT registered)
