Overview

A wonderful opportunity for a talented Courier Support Specialist 2D to join InPost’s Italy Logistics Team. You will have a strategic role working closely with several departments:
drivers, warehouse operators and Logistics team. The person we’re looking for has a true passion for problem solving and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• You will monitor OOH (Out Of Home) and 2D (To Door) shipments to be delivered
• You will focus on undelivered shipments.
• You will interact with warehouse managers and their respective logistics managers to understand the reasons for non-delivery.
• You will interact with various suppliers
• You will analyze data on the daily performance of couriers through various reports
• You will collaborate with depot supervisors and logistic managers
• You will be in charge of transferring some information to our depots

• Proven organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Full remote or 1 day at the office (if Located in Milano).
