Are you a sales leader with a passion for logistics and business development? Our international freight forwarding company is expanding in Italy, and we're looking for a Country Sales Manager to spearhead our national sales strategy and deliver exceptional growth.
As Country Sales Manager , you will have full responsibility for sales across Italy, with a strong focus on new business development . You'll work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and position our brand as a market leader.
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy for Italy.
- Drive new business acquisition across ocean, road, and air freight services.
- Promote digital logistics solutions and leverage SAP for efficient processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Proven track record in sales within freight forwarding (ocean, road, and air).
- Strong experience in new business development and strategic account management.
- Proficiency in digital logistics platforms and SAP .
