Our client is a long-established German manufacturer of temporary buildings with approximately 300 employees. The company operates globally and, using its patented systems, constructs, for example, spectator tents for motorsport organizers such as Porsche, Audi, BMW, and Hankook, marquees for event agencies, tents for humanitarian and military purposes, and aluminum lightweight halls for industry and airports.

  • You see yourself as a Country Manager , confident to manage and strenghten sales processes and customer relations in all Italy. You act as a proactive consultative salesperson and love selling top-quality, customized products to your customers.
  • You are familiar with temporary buildings or structures that are individually assembled at the customer's site, such as tents, pavilions, lightweight halls, protective tunnels, living containers, scaffolding, grandstands, etc.
  • With your practical understanding of construction, 3D planning, and technical drawings, you are able to address your customers' individual needs and understand their specific requirements.
  • You are proficient in the tools of sales: customer management systems, structured communication, route planning, communication with your company's technical departments, negotiation, proposal preparation, complaint management and receivables management. You are familiar with using AI tools for sales processes.
  • You can work independently from your home office, are willing to travel within Italy and sometimes to Germany, and speak fluent English.
  • You are looking for a permanent position (Quadro) or self-employment with partita IVA.


What you will do:


  • As the sole person responsible for the Italian market , you will manage the existing customer base in Italy, consisting of tent rental companies, event agencies, industrial companies, disaster relief organizations, the military, and government agencies.
  • You will acquire new customers and actively work on expanding business activities, for example, in the area of lightweight aluminum halls, structures for disaster relief, and military applications.
  • You will continuously increase revenue while adhering to margin targets.
  • With successful development, you will hire additional employees and establish a sales branch (srl).
  • You will maintain regular contact with the German parent company and report directly to the German CEO.


What we offer:

  • Contract model: Permanent Italian employment contract (Contratto Quadro, CCNL Commercio) or, upon request, collaboration based on a VAT agreement.
  • Compensation: Fixed salary (approx. €50,000 or more, according to experience) + attractive bonus depending on turnover and margin. A total salary of €100,000+ is realistic . Fix bonus in the first year of employment.
