We are looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our business expansion across European markets in the utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive market penetration for utility-scale BESS projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, developers, and end clients.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities to enhance market presence and support after-sales services.
  • Manage customer service quality and handle client communications and feedback effectively.
  • Collect and analyze market information to support business decisions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate responses to emergencies and ensure business continuity.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in utility-scale BESS. Candidates with 5+ years in solar, wind, or other renewable energy sectors will also be considered.
  • Established network with local EPCs and developers is essential.
  • Fluency in the local language and proficiency in 1–2 additional languages; English is mandatory.
  • Strong market analysis, negotiation, and independent working abilities.
  • Professional ethics, responsibility, and willingness for international travel.
