Job Summary
PATON International is seeking motivated and experienced Country Sales Managers to lead our commercial activities in Italy.
This role is critical to our European growth strategy. You will be responsible for building and managing a local distributor and service network, developing country-specific sales strategies, and representing PATON’s values and solutions in your market.

As a Country Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding PATON’s presence across Europe, working closely with our international sales team.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage a network of distributors and service/repair centers within your country
- Design and implement tailored sales strategies that suit the local market
- Lead partner engagement, including onboarding, support, and performance tracking
- Conduct regular visits to distributors and key customers
- Identify new market opportunities and propose localized go-to-market approaches
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to HQ to support product positioning and development
- Represent PATON at industry events, trade shows, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in welding equipment or industrial B2B sectors
- Strong understanding of the local market in your country
- Established professional network within the welding/fabrication or industrial sales sectors
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in the local language
- Proficient in English for cross-border communication
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with regular domestic travel
- Valid driving license
