Country Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the annual sales targets of the commercial display category in the region and increase TCL commercial display's local market share.
- Manage and grow key commercial display customers in the region, including developing and maintaining strong relationships and establishing benchmark cases.
- Collaborate with the team to build and manage the regional sales channel system, and develop system integrator (SI) and independent software developer (ISV) customers.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to generate leads and drive sales in the sales area.
- Collect and analyze market information, and track competitor activity in the area of responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 8+ years of sales experience in the commercial display industry, including 3+ year of sales team management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing large customers.
- Strong market analysis and judgment skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service awareness and a positive attitude.
- Responsible and proactive, with a strong ability to withstand pressure and travel domestically and internationally.
