Lead and inspire a team of Key Account Managers to exceed revenue and market share targets.
Ensure successful market access and tender management processes.
Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals payers and regulatory authorities.
Monitor market dynamics competitor activity and policy changes to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with medical regulatory and supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence.
Develop and execute a robust local commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory frameworks.
Oversee product lifecycle managementfrom launch planning and pricing to promotional execution
Report directly to the Country Manager on commercial performance and strategic initiatives.
Uphold the highest standards of compliance and ethicaln
Degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Business or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 3 years in a sales or commercial leadership role.
Deep understanding of the local healthcare system regulatory landscape and market access strategies.
Proven success in launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in Italian and English.
