Scope
Successful candidates will utilize their proven track record in sales to identify, qualify, establish and maintain profitable business relationships. They will sell logistics solutions i.e. 3PL, LLP and general freight services in the country, large‑sized companies in the various sectors such as: chemical, life science, consumer products and retail industries. Candidates will be responsible for selling in the assigned country.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading new business outreach and meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effectively deliver the Company story, value proposition, and products.
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry.
- Manage and optimize the sales strategy implementing all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Develop long‑term strategic relationship with new and key customers.
- Meet individual and PSA BDP’s KPIs and goals.
- Actively work together with operations team to optimize global operations in identifying and developing services and solutions.
- Targeting leading Companies in multiple industry verticals (Chemical, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Retail and Automotive).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language(s).

- Demonstrated coaching skills to effectively guide and elevate the sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, presentation and people management skills.
- High degree of integrity, with a compliant mindset.
- Able to travel occasionally.
Functional Standards
- Solid knowledge of logistics domestically and internationally.
- Solid track record of creating revenue streams.
- Microsoft Office packages: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Must be a self‑initiator.
Qualifications / Experience
- The position requires tertiary qualification (commercial base essential).
- Candidate should possess a university degree.
- 5 – 10 years of Sales experience in sales.
- Significant experience in logistics sales, supply chain management and/or experience in a chemical/life science/consumer products/retail company.
- Has experience working within a matrixed environment.
- Fluency in English; fluency, proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
- An extensive customer network across the country market.
- Proven track record of meeting Company KPIs and objectives.
- Experience with implementing Company‑wide sales strategies and clearly defining the sales process.
- Ability to analyze and identify any sales pain points and put recommended fixes into action.
- History of winning and retaining A, B and C level customers.
- Running/maintaining an accurate pipeline and monthly market forecast.
