Country Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Performance: Set, monitor, and optimize operational targets in line with market performance goals.
  • Manage Shrink & Loss: Establish and refine merchandise shrinkage targets to achieve effective loss control.
  • Lead New Store Openings: Coordinate cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth and timely new store launches.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of all store standards to maintain consistent brand and operational quality.
  • Lead & Develop Teams: Manage store staffing, oversee talent development, and build strong, high-performing teams.
  • Optimize Labor Costs: Develop and implement plans to manage and improve labor cost efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail operations or management experience.
  • Strong passion for retail, with a results-oriented mindset and exceptional execution.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to diagnose store operations and solve problems effectively.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong market awareness and ability to respond quickly to industry changes.
  • Independent data analysis skills, with strong learning ability and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work on overseas assignments.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
