The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded leader to take full ownership of the Italian business. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for setting the market vision, accelerating revenue growth, and positioning the company as a trusted partner to agencies, brands and industry bodies.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. Building, mentoring and scaling a high-performing team while driving impact across digital and video marketing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Italian market strategy, operations and commercial performance
- Full P&L ownership with a focus on growth and profitability
- Strengthening key relationships across agencies and brands
- Championing the company in the market as a credible, influential leader
- Scaling teams and fostering a culture of innovation, excellence and collaboration
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial leader with a strong foundation in digital and ad-tech :
- Proven leadership experience in adtech or Digital media
- Strong agency network and industry relationships
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Track record of scaling teams and driving commercial success
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and strategic thinking
- A builder’s mentality - passionate about transformation and growth
